When should I show up?
We have 2 services for you to choose from on Sunday’s, at 9:00 A.M. & 11:00 A.M. Each service features programs for infant through school aged children.
So that you won’t feel rushed, we do recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the service to navigate our children’s check-in and make your way to the worship center.
What should I wear?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. The people that gather at CalvaryMac each Sunday wear anything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts, though most wear business casual.
Are there kids programs available?
Yes! We have classes for infants through 5th grade. While you are enjoying an exciting worship service, please know that the safety of your child is of utmost importance to us. All of our volunteers are background checked to ensure your child’s safety.
What do you have for students?
We believe one of the most important skills teenagers need to develop is how to engage with the main (adult) service. Thus, we don’t have Sunday morning student ministry meetings so that students can attend services with their families. Our student ministries meet Wednesday evenings from 7:00 p.m – 8:30 p.m. CalvaryMac Youth exists so every student who comes here knows that God loves them and wants to be a part of their lives. What can I expect? What will the message be like?
We are committed to a creative, compelling, challenging verse-by-verse, chapter-chapter study of God’s Word. Our format is accessible to anyone, no matter where they are on life’s journey.
In every service, you will hear a relevant, straightforward message based on Scripture that will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong Biblical foundation.
We have live, upbeat worship with a full band. Everyone worships in his or her own unique way – for some, that means singing, clapping, and raising their hands; for others, it means quietly reflecting on the words. At CalvaryMac, you’re welcome to do what comes from the heart in praise to God.
Will I have to say, sign, or give anything?
If you are visiting, we won’t ask you to give a dime. We won’t make you wear a visitor badge or ask you to stand up or do anything that could make you feel uncomfortable. We want you to remain as anonymous as you want to, but we encourage you to visit our church over several weeks to see what’s going on at CalvaryMac.
Are all weekend services the same?
Yes, both the 9:00 A.M. service and the 11:00 A.M. service feature the same music, worship elements, and message.
As an adult, how can I get connected?
Attending a small group is a key first step to engaging in community. Intentional relationships are a vital part of spiritual growth and a small group is the ideal place for cultivating this. We offer Small Groups for adults around McMinnville in various stages of life.
